Hazel Lorah | Director of Sales
Hazel extends her 15+ years of experience at Crystal Catering now
to CIBUS. Throughout her career, she has directed sales programs and
event coordination at these world-class facilities:

Special events have been an integral part of her career giving her
great insight in her event planning at any location for any occasion.
She has planned special events ranging from 20 to 2000 guests in many
of Indianapolis’ most prominent locations. Hazel was nominated for
the prestigious Rose Award for service excellence. Her passion for
detail and event planning has earned her the reputation as one of the
leading caterers in the city.

As you can surmise, Bill’s talent is rich in experience, extensive in knowledge and rivals any in the Midwest and deserves greater recognition than noted. Recently, Bill was earmarked as Executive Chef for the new Indiana Convention Center. Through this appointment, Bill designed menu, recipe, and staffing forecasts as well as concession design, for the Center’s success.

Doug was formerly the General Manager for Crystal Catering’s off-premise catering division. He executed all off-site catering out of The Fountains and the Murat Center located downtown and in Carmel, Indiana. His duties included staffing, coordination of front house catering and culinary logistics, as well as the sales liaison for all off-site events.
1998–2003: Operations Manager at Indiana Roof Ballroom, where he hosted, executed, and properly staffed 1,350 catered events. Helped continue 85%-90% rebook rate.

Chris Mc Laughlin | Director of Catering Sales
Chris has many skill sets second to none. When he was hired in 2001,
his talent was primarily in the culinary field. In 2002, he accepted
a major role as a Front-of–the-house Operations Manager which led to
his versatile qualities and rare peripheral perspectives to address
any food service need.
